| We offer the best return policy as we know our products are well made, but not every pet may adapt or be suited to using a wheelchair. We give you 30 days for your pet to test drive his/her wheelchair. Every pet receives the same return policy on all standard designs regardless of weight or breed. If you need to return the wheelchair for any reason at the end of the 30 days, you may do so for a refund of 70%. The 30% deduction goes to cover all non-reusable items and labor spent refurbishing the chair to new condition upon its return. Due to the nature of their use, paw protector booties, saddle support slings and doggie diapers are non refundable once worn. However, if you receive an item that does not properly fit your pet due to an error on our part, call us upon receiving your order and we will gladly exchange the item for the proper size. |
